Dmitry A. Zaitsev received the Eng. degree in Applied Mathematics from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute, Donetsk, Ukraine, in 1986, the Ph.D. degree in Automated Control from the Kiev Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine, in 1991, and the Dr.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications, Odessa, Ukraine, in 2006. He is a Professor of Information Technology at Odessa State Environmental University, Ukraine since 2019 and also Senior Research Affiliate at Fundación Centro de Supercomputación de Castilla y León, Spain. He developed the analysis of infinite Petri nets with regular structure, the decomposition of Petri nets in clans, generalized neighborhood for cellular automata, and the method of synthesis of fuzzy logic function given by tables. He developed Opera-Topaz software for manufacture operative planning and control; a new stack of networking protocols E6 and its implementation within Linux kernel; Petri net analysis software Deborah, Adrian, and ParAd; models of TCP, BGP, IOTP protocols, Ethernet, IP, MPLS, PBB and Bluetooth networks. He is the ACM Senior Member, IEEE Senior Member, and the Member of ACM Europe Technology Policy Committee, Autonomous Systems.

Deepak Kumar Jain (Senior Member, IEEE, Associate Professor, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China) received the B.E. degree in electronics and instrumentation from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, India, in 2010, the M. Tech. degree in electronic and telecommunication from the Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Raghogarh-Vijaypur, India, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from the Institute of Automation, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2018., Area Chair of The 18th IEEE International Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition, Istanbul, Turkey 2024. Area Chair of The IEEE International Joint Conference on Biometrics (IJCB), New York, USA, 2024.Editorial Board Member of Information Fusion Journal, He has presented several papers in peer-reviewed conferences and has authored or co-authored numerous studies in science cited journals. Dr. Lei Chen is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Ottawa, Canada, following his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Shandong University. He is a member of the Shandong University Young Scholars Future Plan and the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). His primary research interests include image processing, computer vision, visual quality assessment, image enhancement, abnormal behavior analysis, digital watermarking, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He currently leads several national and provincial-level projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), a sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He has also participated in projects funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). To date, he has published numerous papers in leading international journals and conferences, holds several national invention patents, and has served as a reviewer for internationally renowned journals and as an area chair for international conferences. He has also been invited to deliver keynote speeches and invited talks at international conferences on multiple occasions.

Kannimuthu Subramanian is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also Head of the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He received his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) degrees at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 16 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Three PhD candidates completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding seven PhD students. He has published 59 research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books ("Artificial Intelligence" & "LinkedList Demystified-A Placement Perspective" and 3 Book Chapters (WOS / Scopus Indexed). He is acting as a mentor/consultant for DeepLearning.AI, Hubino, MaxByte Technologies, and Dhanvi Info Tech, Coimbatore. He is an expert member of the AICTE Student Learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has presented many papers at various national and international conferences. He has visited more than 100 Engineering colleges and delivered more than 150 Guest Lectures on various topics. He is the reviewer for 50 Journals and 3 Books. He has completed the consultancy project through Industry-Institute Interaction for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium. He has received funds from CSIR, DRDO, and ISRO to conduct workshops and seminars. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank, and NPTEL on various domains. He has guided many research-oriented as well as application-oriented projects organized by well-known companies like IBM. He is actively involved in setting up labs for Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Open-Source Software, Internet Technologies, etc. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality & Blockchain.

Kong Xiangjie is a professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, a recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, a Hangzhou Qianjiang Distinguished Expert, a Canal Young Scholar at Zhejiang University of Technology, and the founder and director of the Urban Science and Social Computing Laboratory. He is currently a Distinguished Member of the CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Member of ACM, a Member of the American Society for Research in Science (Sigma Xi), an Executive Committee Member of the Information Systems Committee of the China Computer Federation, an Executive Committee Member of the Ubiquitous Computing Committee of the China Computer Federation, and a Member of the Federated Data and Federated Intelligence Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He has served as an editor for several international SCI journals, including PeerJ Computer Science, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and Array, and as a (chief) guest editor for several international SCI journal special issues, such as Pervasive and Mobile Computing. He has been invited to serve as the plenary/program committee chair for more than 10 international conferences, including CCVPR, and has delivered plenary/keynote speeches at more than 10 international conferences, including IEEE CCCI. He serves on the Senior Program Committee (SPC/TPC) of several international conferences, including AAAI, IJCAI, KDD, IEEE Big Data, IJCNN, COMPLEX NETWORKS, IEEE UIC, and IEEE ICC. He has published/accepted over 300 papers in international journals and conferences and has consistently been ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University, both in terms of lifetime impact and annual scientific impact.

GYU MYOUNG LEE (Senior Member, IEEE) received the BS degree from the Hong Ik University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1999, and the MS and PhD degrees from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2000 and 2007. He is with the Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), United Kingdom, as reader from 2014 and with KAIST Institute for IT convergence, Korea, as adjunct professor from 2012. Prior to joining the LJMU, he has worked with the Institut Mines-Telecom, Telecom SudParis, France, from 2008. Until 2012, he had been invited to work with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Korea. He also worked as a research professor with KAIST, Korea and as a guest researcher with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), in 2007. His research interests include Internet of things, future networks, multimedia services, and energy saving technologies including smart grids. He has been actively working for standardization in ITU-T, IETF, and oneM2M, etc. In ITU-T, he currently serves as a WP chair in SG13, the Rapporteur of Q16/13 and Q4/20 as well as the chair of FG-DPM.

Dr. Ljiljana Trajkovic is Professor with the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University in Canada. She graduated from University of Pristina in 1974, got her master's degrees in electrical engineering (1979) and computer engineering (1981) from Syracuse University and PhD in electrical engineering from University of California, Los Angeles in 1986. She was a National Science Foundation Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley College of Engineering, and a research scientist and member of technical staff at Bell Labs and Bell Communications Research. She served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director (2019–2020) and IEEE Division X Delegate-Elect/Director-Elect (2018). She served as Senior Past President (2018–2019), Junior Past President (2016–2017), President (2014–2015), President-Elect (2013), Vice President Publications (2012–2013, 2010–2011), Vice President Long-Range Planning and Finance (2008–2009), and a Member at Large of the Board of Governors (2004–2006) of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. She served as 2007 President and 2006 President-Elect of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and a member of its Board of Governors (2004–2005, 2001–2003). She served as Chair of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society joint Chapter of the Vancouver/Victoria Sections (2001–2021).
